Payment for courses and services is processed through M-Pesa. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Any refund requests will be handled according to our refund policy.

CMH Academy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kenya.
